I wouldn't be the same if:
• My father hadn't give me love to well-done work, to honesty and to generosity, thank you daddy.
• My friends who I sometimes use a guinea pigs, because they stand my rough copies, Thanks to all you (I don't want to quote any to avoid forgotten some of them).
• I hadn't have theses cooking teams with whom I have worked, argued, change opinions, make an unity in front of work. Thank you to all of you.
Since I was a child, I have loved cooking and I decided to make it my profession. I have been a cooker for a long time now but I still feel learning like the first day, and there are not many days that I don't see a new idea, read a book or an article, or I discuss with a professional.
